New Yaskawa branch in Poland

News

Yaskawa has opened a branch in Wroclaw (Breslau) in Poland. The products of the Japanese company have been available in Poland for many years, but the decision to open an office in Breslau was taken recently.

"Our aim is to position ourselves closer to our customers and reinforce our market position in Poland and Europe with the new office,” explained Manfred Stern, CEO of Yaskawa Polska Sp. z.o.o. and Yaskawa Europe GmbH, regarding the main reasons behind this decision.

Ideal conditions for comprehensive service and training offers

HandwerkAs the sixth largest European economy, Poland has great potential and with its airport and motorway connections, and as an important university city, Breslau has a very well developed infrastructure. Another argument in favour of Breslau is that many companies are already based there.

Guests like the Japanese ambassador to Poland, local politicians, customers, business partners and the press attended the opening ceremony of the Yaskawa Polska Sp. z.o.o. location. Over 120 invited guests viewed the company’s training rooms, where current solutions of the company divisions Drives + Motion, Robotics and Vipa – such as the servo system Sigma-7 and the frequency inverter series GA700 – were exhibited. The Polish institute of advanced technology provides customers on the spot with ideal conditions for comprehensive service and training offers.
